Quizproof

Markets, currencies and languages

Prices, stock and product links in the quiz follow the shopper's market, as your product pages do. The quiz's own text (questions, answers, messages and buttons) is in one language per quiz: you can write it in any language, but a store in several languages shows every shopper the same text. For now, use one quiz per language.

What follows the shopper's market#

Budget answers in other currencies#

An answer such as "Under {amount}" holds its amount in your shop currency. You set it on the quiz's Result tab under Budget answers. Shoppers in another currency see the amount converted and rounded up to a whole number, and only products whose price in their market is within it. Amounts are converted when you publish.

Quizproof doesn't yet keep different text per language within one quiz. The admin is in English.

A store in several languages#

  1. Build and publish the quiz in one language.

  2. Make a copy for each other language: on the quiz's page, copy the text under Definition (JSON), then on Quizzes choose Import JSON, give the copy a name and paste it.

  3. In the copy, translate the questions and answers, the Result tab's texts and the buttons and messages on the Text tab. Publish it. Each quiz has its own handle, made from the name you gave it.

  4. Link each language's pages to its own quiz with #quizproof=your-quiz-handle or ?qp=your-quiz-handle, in content you translate per language. A Quiz block names one quiz, so it shows that quiz in every language.

All quizzes count towards the same monthly completions.
