What Quizproof doesn't do yet

Quizproof is new, and some things merchants ask for aren't built yet. This page lists them with the workaround for each. We update it when something ships. If one of these stops you, email us: requests decide what we build next.

Languages#

• One language per quiz. A quiz's questions, answers and shopper text are in one language. For a store in several languages, build one quiz per language and place each on that language's pages. See markets, currencies and languages.

• The admin is in English only.

Email and other tools#

• Klaviyo is the only email tool Quizproof connects to directly. For Omnisend or another tool, build a Shopify Flow workflow on Quizproof's triggers (Quiz completed and Quiz taker opted in) with that tool's Flow action, if it has one; Settings › Integrations › Shopify Flow has an Omnisend recipe. There is no Zapier or webhook connection yet. Opted-in shoppers are also saved as Shopify customers with their consent and a quizproof tag. See collect emails with the opt-in question.

• Quizproof emails shoppers only their results. It sends the results email to shoppers who ask for it, and nothing else: no marketing emails, follow-ups or reminders. Use Klaviyo or another email tool for those. You can change the results email's text, but not its layout.

Results page#

• No discount codes or redirects on the results. The results show the recommended products with Add to cart. To offer a discount, mention it in the result text and create it in Shopify.

• Recommendations come from your product data and your rules. Quizproof doesn't score personality types or show an outcome without products. See how Quizproof chooses products.

Analytics#

• No A/B tests between quizzes yet.

• Some orders aren't attributed. An order counts as a quiz order when the shopper added from the quiz results and, where your store asks for consent, allowed analytics in your cookie banner. Express checkout buttons on product pages (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) can skip the cart, and those orders aren't counted. Revenue is before refunds. See analytics, completions and revenue.

• The funnel and revenue figures don't export. They are on the Analytics page; only the respondents list has a CSV export.

Design#

• The popup panel is white with dark text on every theme. Your accent colour, buttons, font and corners apply inside it. See match your brand.
